Living the life in its full extend.
I came across a special relation ship in offices which i like to share ... An office spouse, someone
who shares every office joke and holds your hand through your problems,
isn’t a rarity anymore. AT a dinner party, Condoleeza Rice, the US Secretary of State, referred to President
Bush as “my husb…”. One doesn’t know how many soup spoons stopped half-way to the lips and how many hands holding wine stems were left dangling in the air. What one does know is that this
inadvertent slip did give an authoritative stamp of approval to the term ‘office spouse’! Oh yes, there’s
a creature called the office spouse, who, in all probability is the person your mate turns to at all hours of the day in office
– for support, encouragement, cribbing sessions or just a different perspective on many matters. And yes, this person is of the opposite gender than your partner. No, they are not necessarily having
sex, but yes, they do share a special vibe. So now get over gasping and
understand that this is just a simple bond; a close, reassuring and productive
friendship between a man and a woman, who spend an interminable number of
hours in an office, together. Daily. Without – again – any under-the-table nooky and
between-the-sheets activity. No one’s denying the existence of a certain sexual energy in the air. But in this case,
a cuppa in the cubicle is not necessarily followed by a kiss in the kitchen. Simply put, your mate’s office spouse is
just a colleague of the opposite sex with whom your partner has a very close but non-romantic relationship. Note:-Thanks to Abha Srivastava (Times ) for the Presidents'Dinner report.

Nothing is impossible!!!
I like a lot of things to do.Travelling is one of the best activity
in life where you can learn a lot more than sitting in a cubicle and expecting your salary to be rivised year after
year.
I am eager to attend religious cerimonies of any religion.Learn the culrures
of different people, thier way of life and how they finish it in a happy way.
It is also commentable to help other people who are physically challenged and financially
down.Remember world is a place of oppertunities but some are unfortunately deprived of enjoying the beauty of life in a decent
way.Extend your helps and give them a chance to complete this short span on earth with less tears.

Insomnia can be thwarted . The problem of sleeplessness can be solved by certain changes in diet and lifestyle. Here are a few tips that’ll help you get a good night’s sleep
DIET
Avoid heavy dinners Avoid spicy and acidic foods at night as
it may cause hyperacidity leading to disturbed sleep Maintain a gap of at least 2-3 hrs between dinner and bedtime Eat a light snack before bedtime, if hungry .
Avoid too much water/fluids before
bedtime Avoid tea, coffee, colas, chocolates as they are all caffeine-based.
Avoid alcohol as it causes fragmented
sleep Eat food containing carbohydrates (fruit, pasta, oatmeal and brown
rice), as they help produce serotonin, which is a sleep-inducing hormone, in the body
Milk contains tryptophan, an amino acid that promotes sleep.
Include skimmed milk with meals and as a pre-bedtime snack Have dark green lettuce as it contains compounds that help induce sleep Have
foods containing melatonin as it induces sleep. These include bananas, plums, cherries, sweet corn, rice, ginger, etc Avoid
foods which contain stimulants (cheese, chocolate, eggplant, sugar, spinach, tomatoes, wine, etc)
EXERCISE
Vigorous
exercise during the day and mild exercise at bedtime will help one get good
sleep as it increases the body's production of endorphins, which produce
a sense of calmness and well-being .
Moderate aerobic exercise, ideally
in the morning, afternoon or early evenings, helps get good sleep Aerobic exercise increases the amount of oxygen that reaches
the blood. Examples: jogging, swimming, riding a bicycle, jumping rope, dancing, riding a stationary bicycle, using a treadmill
and walking.
Even a mild workout for 20 minutes a day, 3-4 times
a week, may be enough to benefit sleep Mild, non-aerobic exercise is helpful to unwind at the end of the day. A leisurely
walk, breathing deeply, yoga (including yog nidra) and light stretching exercises are good ways to wind down .
